Main Function
The Dining Operations Manager oversees daily dining room operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Responsible for maintaining high standards of guest service, coordinating with all dining staff, and supporting management goals.
Qualifications
Fluent in oral and written English (working & safety language of the Company)
Proven experience in restaurant or dining operations management, preferably on cruise ships or multinational hospitality settings
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Excellent communication and guest service abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily dining room operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences
Supervise, train, and motivate dining staff including head waiters and restaurant team
Coordinate seating arrangements and service flow for optimal efficiency
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Assist in budgeting and cost control measures
