Main Function
The Head Waiter leads the waitstaff team during service, ensuring guests receive attentive, courteous, and efficient service. Oversees order taking, service coordination, and supports smooth dining room operations.
Qualifications
Fluent in oral and written English (working & safety language of the Company)
Experience in supervisory role within restaurant or dining service
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team effectively
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and support waitstaff during all meal services
Ensure timely and accurate order taking and delivery
Provide guidance and training to junior waiters/waitresses
Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Assist in resolving guest concerns and special requests
Coordinate with kitchen and dining management for smooth service flow
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety policies
