Main Function
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overall management of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction. Leads staff, manages daily operations, and supports the achievement of sales and service goals.
Qualifications
Fluent in oral and written English (working & safety language of the Company)
Proven experience as a restaurant manager, preferably in cruise or hospitality industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to handle guest relations and resolve issues diplomatically
Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets and cost control
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staff supervision and guest service
Recruit, train, and motivate restaurant team to achieve high performance
Ensure smooth service delivery and exceptional dining experiences
Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets
Maintain compliance with company policies and health regulations
Address guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of complaints
Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and other departments for cohesive operation
