Main Function
To assist the HUB Manager in overseeing all guest services at the HUB area, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction throughout the cruise. Responsible for managing guest inquiries, supporting embarkation and disembarkation procedures, and coordinating with other departments.
Qualifications
Fluent in oral and written English (working & safety language of the Company)
Proven experience in guest services, front desk, or hospitality roles, preferably on cruise ships or in international environments
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle guest complaints diplomatically
Knowledge of IT systems used for guest management is an advantage
Team player with leadership potential
Basic Safety Training (BST) and other required certifications
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist HUB Manager in daily operations of guest services at the HUB
Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
Support embarkation and disembarkation processes, ensuring a smooth guest flow
Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues efficiently
Train and supervise HUB staff as required
Maintain records and reports related to HUB operations
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security procedures
Participate in emergency drills and safety briefings
