Main Function
To assist the Bike Leader in organizing and leading safe and enjoyable bike excursions for guests ashore, ensuring a memorable and well-managed outdoor experience during port calls.
Qualifications
Fluent in oral and written English (working & safety language of the Company)
Experience in outdoor activities, bike guiding, or related roles
Good knowledge of bike safety, maintenance, and basic first aid
Strong communication and guest service skills
Physically fit and able to lead group activities
Ability to work effectively within a team
Basic Safety Training (BST) and other required certifications
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Bike Leader in planning and leading bike tours for guests ashore
Ensure guests’ safety by following all safety protocols and providing guidance
Assist with bike maintenance and preparation before excursions
Provide informative and engaging commentary about the area during tours
Help manage group dynamics to ensure a positive experience for all participants
Report any incidents or issues promptly to shore excursions management
Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and emergency procedures
