Main Function
To support the SPA Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the SPA, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth workflow, and adherence to company standards in service and hygiene.
Qualifications
Fluent in oral and written English (working & safety language of the Company)
Proven experience in SPA management or supervisory roles
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of SPA treatments, products, and hygiene standards
Excellent communication and guest service abilities
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
Basic Safety Training (BST) and required certifications
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the SPA Manager in managing SPA operations, staff, and guest services
Supervise and train SPA therapists and reception team
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Support SPA promotional activities and upselling initiatives
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience
