Main Function
To provide professional acupuncture treatments and consultations to guests, ensuring a high standard of wellness service and promoting the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine.To deliver personalized care, recommend suitable treatments and retail products, and contribute to the overall SPA revenue through excellent service and guest engagement.
To support the SPA team in creating a holistic wellness experience onboard.
Qualifications
Fluent in oral and written English (minimum B2 level).
Government accredited Certificate or License in Traditional Chinese Medicine / Acupuncture
(minimum 2000 hours).
Advanced knowledge of Chinese medicine, including acupuncture, herbal therapy, and nutrition.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and deliver high standards of customer service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides professional acupuncture treatments and consultations based on guests’ needs.
Recommends appropriate treatments and retail products following consultations and services.
Educates guests on the principles and benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine through wellness events and informational sessions.
Maintains accurate guest records and ensures confidentiality and compliance with onboard policies.
Follows all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company procedures.
Builds strong relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Collaborates with the SPA team to deliver an exceptional and holistic wellness experience.
Supports daily SPA operations as required by the SPA Manager.
