Main Function
Your main duty is production of delicious baked food for passengers and crew members, assistance to the Head Baker in effectively supervising and managing the onboard Bakery Production.
Qualifications
Advanced Bakery Skills.
1 year of experience in the field at least.
Basic knowledge on food safety and hygiene.
Communicate effectively with the senior management.
Experienced in coaching subordinates.
Must be cost and quality conscious.
Ability to work 7 days a week and adhere to specific scheduled work hours yet be flexible if circumstances require it.
Spoken English at least B1 level.
Bakery School degree.
Possess a valid travel passport.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that Quality Standards and Procedures are in line with company Rules and Regulations.
Possess good knowledge of the Bakery and an understanding of culinary terms.

Read, understand, follow and prepare company recipes.
Monitor the cleaning, handling, and storage of all Bakery equipment.
Maintain and ensure that Public Health regulations are followed at all times on board.
