Main Function
The Baby-Club Entertainer is able to entertain, communicate and socialize with children of all nationalities.
The crew memer of Baby-Club has passion for working with children and will be part of an energetic and dynamic team who provide a variety of fun games and activities for children predominantly aged under 3’s.
Qualifications
Experience working with children aged 0 months-3 years in a nursery, school or recreational setting.
Relevant degree or qualifications in childcare, primary and secondary teaching or equivalent.
Two references, including the most recent one, regarding previous work with children.
Ability to communicate fluently in written and oral English plus two (2) other languages.
Proven ability to work in an harmonious productive team environment
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Chief Mini-Club Animator in all entertainment activities and games in lounges, on deck and in ports where appropriate, ashore (beach landings etc.).
According to the Mini-Club Programme to deliver a wide variety of activities including edutainment activities, fun games session with our Mascot “DOREMI”, arts and crafts and play activities.
Advertise by socializing and circulating with Guest all opportunities for Guest involvement in these activities.
Changing nappies/diapers.
Listen to requests and comments of Guests, taking positive action to remedy any problems by reporting any problems advised by Guests to the Cruise Director.
Participate in shore excursions in the role of an escort, representing the Company, and offering reassurance, high visibility and socializing to Guests on those excursions.
