Main Function
To operate gaming tables such as Blackjack, Roulette, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Three Card Poker, and other related table games, ensuring a seamless and entertaining gaming experience for all guests.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Casino Dealer, either onboard a cruise ship
or in a land-based casino, or successful completion of an internal Casino Dealer Trainee program with high-performance ratings.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact tactfully and
professionally with guests, management, and team members.
Physical capability to stand for extended periods during gaming
operations.
Completion of high school or equivalent education is preferred.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all duties in alignment with MSC Cruises’ standards, as well as environmental and safety policies.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, whether
with guests or crew, in guest-facing and crew areas.
Conduct Casino table games following established procedures,
ensuring fairness and compliance with company standards.
Handle cards, chips, money, and gaming equipment with accuracy
and efficiency, maintaining the proper pace of the game while keeping guests informed of rules and procedures.
Monitor player behavior and game activity to recognize playing styles and prevent potential security risks. Notify management or security of any suspicious activities.
Assist in casino cash and coin counts as assigned by the Casino
Management.
Participate in mandatory meetings, training sessions, and any other work-related activities as required.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Casino Manager or supervisory team.
