Main Function
To assist guests in selecting luxury items, provide expert product knowledge, and ensure a premium shopping experience, while contributing to the overall success of the onboard retail operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in a boutique, high-end department store, or cruise ship environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with international guests.
A passion for luxury products such as jewelry, watches, apparel, and fragrances, with a deep understanding of premium brands and trends.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Completion of high school or equivalent education is required; additional certifications in retail or luxury sales are a plus.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver personalized and professional service, creating memorable shopping experiences for all guests.
Demonstrate expert product knowledge across a range of luxury categories, including jewelry, watches, fashion, and accessories.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals, actively promoting special promotions, offers, and exclusive collections.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the boutique, ensuring displays are visually appealing and reflect MSC Cruises’ standards.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Actively participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products, brands, and sales techniques.
Uphold MSC Cruises’ standards of professionalism and luxury in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
