Main Function
The Assistant Bartender assists the Bartender in preparing and serving beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards and supporting bar operations in line with company policies.
Qualifications
Fluent in oral and written English (working & safety language of the Company)
Ability to communicate in other major languages is a plus
Experience in bartending or similar hospitality roles
Good knowledge of beverage preparation and bar equipment
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Friendly, professional attitude with strong communication skills
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing and serving drinks quickly and attractively according to company recipes
Support the Bartender in daily bar operations and guest service
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked
Help train junior bar staff and waiters/waitresses where applicable
Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements
Contribute to promotional activities and upselling to increase sales
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
